DIRECTOR

As a learning and development expert and coach with over 16 years of multi-sector experience, Ed prides himself on delivering engaging solutions which have a long-term impact. He is passionate about making a difference and ensuring individuals and organisations make the most of their talent through driving great performance and
inspiring employee development to bring about real world extraordinary results.

Sports and adventure are two of his greatest passions. He loves the outdoors and is a BMC trained Mountain Leader.

He has completed a number of long distance treks. He also enjoys running, cycling and rugby - the latter now only as a spectator!

DIRECTOR

As a learning and development practitioner Kevin is committed to helping people become the best version of themselves, which in turn has tangible returns for businesses and organisations.

Curious by nature, he strives to really understand individual and organisational challenges, offering practical development and support in a targeted and bespoke way.

Outside of work Kevin has his hands full with 4 teenage children, a wife and a Labrador called Oscar!

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Nancy is our Senior Learning and Development Consultant and has been with us for over 2 years coaching and developing leaders from a range of clients. She began to develop an interest in coaching because she’s fascinated by communication - how we can communicate better and how this can help us to achieve our work and personal goals.

Nancy has experience in varied roles from teaching English, working in tackling health inequalities, the Co-operative Movement and housing, as well as third sector organisations and previous consulting roles where she blended her interests in people, cultures, education and personal development.

Nancy loves nature, laughing and a spot of gardening in the sun and travel adventures!

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Dan is an experienced coach, trainer and qualified counsellor with a background across a variety of industries. Dan worked in the banking sector for many years, specialising in mortgage advice and staff development in sales and customer service.

He spent several years abroad teaching English to foreign students and was head of the English teaching department. He managed a team of teachers and led on all aspects of staff learning and development.

Dan is passionate about delivering training and loves supporting leaders to grow and develop to become the best they can be. This results in organisational success and enables leaders to leave an inspirational impact on the people they lead.

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

Jane has over 25 years experience in a wide variety of roles covering operations, HR, training, people and organisational development, customer services, administration and event management. She has worked in a number of different industry sectors including Government, Pharmaceuticals, Recruitment, Airline and Training and Development.

Jane brings a wealth of experience together with a focus on quality and a passion for customer services. She enjoys providing business support enabling clients to focus on what they do best. She is a highly motivated and detail oriented professional who strives for excellence in everything she does. Jane is a friendly, reliable and trustworthy individual who considers herself a very organised organiser!

Outside of work Jane is a bit of a foodie and can often be found trying out new pubs and restaurants and sampling new culinary delights. She also loves travelling together with being outdoors and walking by the coast, close to her home in Dorset.
